Poetry Farm is seeking a passionate Socia Media Manager to join our thriving online poetry community.

About the Role

In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across our digital platforms, including our website and social media channels. This exciting role encompasses various tasks, from developing content strategies and crafting compelling website copy to fostering a vibrant online community through creative social media content and effective digital marketing initiatives.


  • Develop and implement content strategies to achieve audience engagement goals
  • Write compelling blog posts, website copy, and creative text content aligned with our brand voice
  • Manage and create engaging social media content calendars
  • Foster a welcoming online community by responding to comments, moderating discussions, and growing our audience
  • Conduct research and stay current on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital marketing
  • Utilize content management systems (CMS) to publish and manage content


  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling and engaging written content in various formats, including website copy, blog posts, and creative writing pieces
  • Experience developing and implementing content strategies
  • Proven experience managing social media content calendars and engaging online communities
  • Strong understanding of SEO optimization principles and content marketing best practices
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) preferred
  • Passion for poetry and a keen interest in fostering a thriving online literary community

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Co-ordinate administrative activities of our european staff.
  • Actively paticipate in market expansion in USA including onboarding writers.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for european staff
  • Ensure file organization based on sharepoint protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setup.

Salary: Euro 142,000 to 148,000 per year.

Poetry Farm is a unique online platform that fosters a vibrant community of poets and poetry lovers. We offer a variety of services, including writing prompts, workshops, contests, and resources for writers and readers of all levels.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with Poetry Farm. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from writers and readers via email, phone, and chat. This may involve answering questions about our services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing general support.
  • Processing orders and subscriptions for our various programs and resources.
  • Resolving customer concerns in a courteous and efficient manner. This may involve researching issues, providing clear explanations, and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Contributing to a positive and helpful online community for our users.


  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, or online experience a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A passion for poetry and a desire to support a creative community.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
